FAQ Section
Psychedelic Integration & Psycho-Spiritual coaching

1. Who Am I?
I am a keeper of thresholds, a guide for those crossing from what was into what is becoming. My path has been shaped by the terrain I have walked myself, through shadow and emergence, loss and renewal, into a life rooted in meaning and connection. I draw from the language of dreams, the symbols of the soul, and the quiet wisdom that lives in the body. My work weaves Jungian and transpersonal psychology with intuitive knowing, creating a space where the unseen is welcomed and the whole of you can be met. Here, healing is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but honoring what is true, and walking with you as you remember your own way home.

2. What Types of Clients Do I Work With?
I work with seekers, healers, creatives, and professionals navigating transformation, spiritual awakening, or the integration of psychedelic experiences. My holistic, relational approach draws on Jungian and transpersonal psychology, depth facilitation, and intuitive guidance. I support clients in shadow work, individuation, sexual healing, attachment repair, and creative entrepreneurship, offering a non-pathologizing space for those who have “failed” traditional therapy and want to explore both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of their lives.
3. What is psychedelic integration?
Psychedelic integration is the process of making sense of, and applying, the insights, emotions, and experiences from a psychedelic journey into everyday life. It can include emotional processing, spiritual reflection, lifestyle changes, and creative or therapeutic practices. With a non-pathologizing and spiritually grounded approach, I guide clients in weaving these experiences into lasting personal growth.
4. How is psycho-spiritual guidance different from traditional therapy?
While traditional therapy often focuses on symptom reduction and mental health diagnosis, psycho-spiritual guidance addresses the deeper layers of meaning, purpose, and transformation in a person’s life. My work draws on depth psychology, transpersonal psychology, and intuitive insight to support clients navigating spiritual emergence, mystical experiences, or profound life transitions.
5. Who benefits from psychedelic integration support?
Integration support is valuable for anyone who has had a psychedelic experience, whether it was joyful, confusing, challenging, or even destabilizing. People seek my help to:
-
Process difficult emotions or visions
-
Clarify insights and apply them in practical ways
-
Navigate shifts in identity, relationships, or worldview
-
Integrate mystical or numinous experiences into a stable daily life
6. Can I work with you if I haven’t taken psychedelics?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me for psycho-spiritual coaching, dreamwork, and intuitive guidance without ever using psychedelics. My approach supports any process of transformation, whether it’s triggered by meditation, grief, creative breakthroughs, or major life changes.
7. What is the difference between a spiritual emergence and a mental health crisis?
Spiritual emergence is a process of awakening that can feel intense or overwhelming, but it is not necessarily pathological. In some cases, it is misdiagnosed as mental illness. I help clients discern the difference by exploring the symbolic, emotional, and somatic aspects of their experiences while also encouraging collaboration with trusted health professionals if needed.
8. Do you provide psychedelic substances?
No. I do not supply or recommend illegal substances. My work is focused entirely on preparation, harm reduction, and post-experience integration. This includes working with experiences that occurred in legal settings, traditional contexts, or independently.
9. How do you integrate Jungian and depth psychology into your work?
Depth psychology explores the unconscious, dreams, archetypes, and symbolic meaning in life events. I weave this perspective into integration and guidance sessions, helping clients connect personal experiences to universal patterns of transformation and growth.
10. What happens in an integration session?
Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:
-
Talking through your experience in a safe, nonjudgmental space
-
Symbolic and archetypal exploration
-
Somatic awareness and grounding practices
-
Guided imagery or meditative exercises
-
Practical action steps for daily life

10. What Does “Integrative” Mean?
Integrative coaching or therapy brings together multiple approaches to address the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Rather than relying on a single method, it draws from different traditions, practices, and perspectives to meet your unique needs. In my work, this might mean blending Jungian and depth psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, creative expression, and intuitive guidance. The goal is to create a flexible, holistic path to growth that honors your individual story, values, and inner wisdom, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.

11. Do you work with clients online or only in person?
I offer secure online sessions for clients worldwide. This allows me to support people across different time zones and locations.
12. How do I prepare for our first session?
Before our first meeting, reflect on your goals and any recent transformative experiences. You may also want to keep a journal of dreams, synchronicities, and emotional shifts. For psychedelic integration sessions, note any key moments, images, or insights from your journey.
13. How do I book a session with you?
You can request an appointment directly through my website’s contact form or by email. We’ll schedule a free 15-minute introductory call to determine if we’re a good fit and discuss your goals.
"We think facing our demons is reliving some traumatic event or discovering we're worthless. But it is just abiding with the uneasy, disquieting sensation of nowhere-to-run and finding that we don't die; we don't collapse. In fact, we feel profound relief and freedom." -PEMA ChoDron
